Hoops is a Christian Community Basketball program focused on providing mentoring and life coaching to youth at risk through safe basketball programs. Hoops is based on three pillars of mentoring:

Basketball:
- Through the use of coaches, work with the participants to develop both individual and team basketball skills
- Official games are scheduled for organized competition
- Teaching/modelling good sportsmanship

Mentoring and Life Coaching:
- Group mentorship provided through coaches who role-model positive life experiences
- Opportunities for one-on-one mentorship with a coach or a dedicated mentor
- Through interactions within the program, coaches seek to teach right values to participants

Spiritual Mentoring:
- Hoops provides an optional "team time" to teach Biblical principles and values
